Teaching and cooking in Jamaica last year was fun AND hot (in all senses of the word)! Why Jamaica? Just because I love it. From this little dot in the middle of the ocean comes many, many riches: music, architecture, literature, a blessed landscape and fecund earth, a healing blue sea---all nurtured by, strong, regal people whose motto is-"out of many one."
Cookstr is featuring recipes from Authentic Jamaican Cooking today 10/13. If you love Jamaica, check it out. See previous post on Pawpaw Pepper sauce, also in the book and developed in Yard.
Big up JA.

  • My family members all the time say that I am killing my time here at web,
except I know I am getting familiarity everyday by reading such pleasant posts.
