If I swirl mashed bananas into chocolate chip cookie dough, french toast batter, pancakes, muffins etc--boys like it better. Here the bananas are mashed into the Old Fashioned Pancakes recipe from MH AND served fresh along side for a double hit. Thanks to Kamran for the reminder on this which is a very yummy and sunny breakfast for this snowy morning.

Yum. Bananas, pancakes and old-fashioned REAL maple syrup is like a trifecta of goodness for breakfast! My little guys love this mix. Plus, I always feel better knowing they're getting some fruit in their first meal of the day, versus a sugary cereal or just toast/jam.

Hey Lucinda, thanks so much for the mention! I loved that your served the pancakes with fresh bananas! I'll have to try it with that for some extra deliciousness! I actually made these pancakes this morning, as well. None of us had to go to school or work because of all of this snow.
