Thank you for posting freezer-ready recipes. This is such a busy time of year for everyone that a meal all ready in the freezer can be a real blessing. I'm enjoying the show and your blog

I love, love, love your new show. It makes me want to get in the kitchen and cook again! I have ordered three copies of your Mad Hungry Cookbook for Christmas gifts as well!

Lucinda - I always loved your segments on Martha. Your recipes were always easy and looked delicious. I am inspired to try these Mad Hungry recipes. I made your breakfast sandwich the very next day. Keep these shows coming! They are great!

I discovered Lucinda for the first time just a couple of weeks ago in MS "Living"; the flank steak recipes. I've been hooked ever since. This show is the best cooking show out there right now. I can not wait to try this recipe. My husband loves Spatchcock kitchen and you have inspired me to give it a go. You made cutting that back bone out of a chicken look so easy. I also hate beets but I'm going to try them roasted. Thanks for all the inspration. I have my DVR recording the whole series and it's a treat to watch every night!

Just made the lasagna tonight - it was wonderful! Used a turkey sweet italian sausage - delicious. Next time, I'll split this recipe into two smaller lasagna pans as the 9x13 is huge for my family of 4. That way, I can easily assemble one for the freezer and cook the other.

The Lentil Soup was delicious! Can't wait to try Lucinda's Chicken Chili recipe this weekend. Looking forward to the arrival of the Mad Hungry Cookbook from Amazon, too. I had gotten a bit burned out on "Cooking TV" thanks to the Food Network. Lucinda, you've reignited my fire! Thank you for your simple, accessible & tasty offerings.

I made your coffee cake for a brunch a couple weeks ago. It was great and moist right out of the oven, BUT I just had a slice from the freezer. Zapped in the microwave it was the perfect late night snack. AWESOME freezer meal indeed! Thank you! Love your show and the banter with your boys.
