  LOVE-d that episode and am now obsessing over my own version of the B.E.C (poppy bagel, egg, swiss and avocado with homemade hot sauce). Your show is awesome, so keep doing what you're doing!

  I'm intrigued about the wooden spatula you always use in your segments. Looks handy- where could I find one?

  C: Love the sound of your BEC. Could use one right now! I use a hand carved spurdle from a wood carver in Washington State. Isn't it cool?
