TODAY on MHTV: Even though I'm from up North, I'm a big fan of Southern food and was inspired to whip up this down-home menu of fried chicken and hearty sides. It's a pretty classic Southern spread starting out with ice cold spearmint juleps and pimento cheese and crackers, except my fried chicken isn't fried on the stove but in the ovenβ€”it's healthier and less messy. While the bird cooks, we're (Sarah Carey is here today) making a chilled sweet potato salad with an orange vinaigrette. More from the show.

  • On the show with children's favorites LSQ did chicken fingers in the oven. She showed cooking it on a rack in a cookie sheet with an edge. Where can I get the rack. I can only find cooling racks and some are non-stick. I am not a fan of non-stick and would like to know if the cooling racks double for this?
