  • I too have looked for that pan. Is it also called a "braiser"? If so what size as I have found three different sizes. I really only have room for one and wondered which would you recommend.

  • I made this meal (curry chicken, swiss chard and mango chutney) for New Year's Day dinner - it was fantastic! I discovered that I love swiss chard and I will never buy store-bought chutney again! Very easy, very flavorful meal (in addition to the already mixed curry powder - I added more tumeric, coriander and cumin) - looking forward to leftovers.
