Mad Hungry with Lucinda Scala Quinn

Recipes From Today's Show: Steak and Potatoes Menu

Posted by

TODAY on MHTV: Restaurant-style steak is not out of your reach- today I’m making a pan-fried steak with a quick sauce made right in the same pan. Then, it might sound fancy, but carrots agrodolce are just carrots with a sweet and sour glaze; serve them on the side along with cheesy scalloped potatoes to complete the meal. More from the show.

  • Dying to buy the wodden spoon you use daily for my grandaughter who is getting married (and for me too)
Can't find it anywhere. Watch your show daily and
hope you can help me find one. I have found every kind but the spurkle that you use on the show. Hope you can help me.

  • Tried all these for dinner last night, and it definitely was a hit! The steak was amazing, the carrots were incredible (and our family does NOT eat vegetables like we should), and the potatoes were mouth watering! The only change I'd make is using cheese that we are use to. I LOVE your show, it's so easy to follow! I look forward to trying many more of your recipes!!

  • I am a huge fan of your show!
I bought your cookbook for myself for Christmas & I love it too- I work at a gourmet kitchen store & love to recommend it to people.
tonight I made the skillet steak & scalloped potatoes- both HUGE hits.

    Thanks so much!

  • Made them for Sunday Night Dinner....Mother-in-law loved are magical

  • loved this show. I will make the potatoes and steak tonight!
