TODAY on MHTV: Dinner tonight is so delish and hearty that the boys will never miss the meat. A vegetarian pumpkin curry stew is packed with potatoes, green bananas and spices and on the side I’m serving cornmeal fritters. They’re a little spicy from some Scotch bonnet pepper but the spice is balanced out nicely with sweet coconut milk. More from the show.

Hi Lucinda!
I love your show and all of your recipes. I've cooked recipes from your show since the first time I caught it on tv, and now I make sure to DVR it so I don't miss it when I'm at work. I love all your pots that you use on the show, and I recognize some of the Martha Stewart cast iron pot collection. I do own those. But there is on pot I cannot find anywhere. You use it very often, but most recently I saw you use it to fry up the corn fritters on your vegetarian stew episode. Can you tell me where I can get one?
I love you and your show! Thanks!

Lucinda, darling! Your hair on today's show was just gorgeous! I loved the look. It distracted me from the food. I am definitely making the fritters. Those looked absolutely delicious! Love the show! Love you!

Lucinda:
Love your show. I live near St. Louis so I was very interested in the St. Louis Ribs that you fixed on one of your recent shows. This area also has a cut of pork that can be found nowhere else. It's called Pork Steak. I cook it all of the time on my George Foreman Grill. Also, people cook it on the outside grill all the time. I also love using my iron skillets. That is a lost art but I do believe that it is coming back. How many times can skillets be passed down from generation to generation? Again, love your show. I also like Everyday Food.

Just started watching your show, and tried this recipe last night. I didn't have fresh pumpkin on hand, so I just used a can of pureed pumpkin; I didn't have the bonnet pepper so I threw in some green pepper and a couple dashes of hot sauce. It was delicious! I look forward to trying more recipes!

Does anyone know where I can get one of those cast iron pots she cooks with? It's that flatter, wide pot that she always cooks with. If you do, please let me know!
