TODAY on MHTV: Most of the week I eat a healthy breakfast of oatmeal with fruit but other days I like to splurge a little. Apples caramelized in butter and maple syrup make the perfect topping for thick, fluffy slices of French toast, and a hearty cast iron skillet full of hashbrowns topped with runny, gooey egg yolks always makes my day. For something a little sweet, I like to make a vanilla-blueberry oatmeal parfait; I roll the blueberries in cinnamon and sugar before I layer them between Greek yogurt and crunchy granola. I love your program. I do not have the opportunity to cook but you do help when I am able. However I wish you would use up everything. I sort of cringe when You do not use what is left in a bowl or on a dish. I know time, with you is of essence, but keep up your good work and delicious foods.

I made the french toast this morning. There needs to be a MH vol 2. Not...kidding.
