  • Lucinda,

Thanks for your recipes today. They were a life saver. I will make your spaghetti amatraciana for a dinner party tomorrow as a side to your guests John Contratti's eggplant rollatini. My family has been bugging me to make the rollatini ever since that episode aired. I've told so many people about it.
He made it look very easy to make. So glad you are on twice a day.

  • Having you on twice a day again is the best. That's what you deserve. In reference to Vera L. that teacher's rollatini has now become a frequent meal since he was on your show. My kids can't get enough. Would love to see him cook again with you.
Also, when is your cookbook coming out?

  • Lucinda,
LOVE your show, so tird of the other food programs. What is the wooden spoon that seems to be your favorite? I would love to have one!!!

  • I plan to make this recipe. It looks fabulous. I tried the zabaglione, however, you did not specify sweet or dry marsala. I sued sweet and mine was substantially darker in color than yours. More life mustard, than custard! but it tasted great.
