TODAY on MHTV: Summertime is all about fresh ingredients, especially fresh seafood and this time I’m going to put my own twist on everything. My inside-out lobster roll is bun-less and I’ve got toasted Brioche croutons on the side instead. Steamed clams and corn cook in a white wine broth, and a dessert of berries in a buttermilk frappe caps off the whole meal. I almost forgot—my tarragon-spiked lemonade is the ultimate summer cooler, and a couple of ounces of gin makes it the ultimate summer cocktail. More from the show.
