TODAY on MHTV: Entertaining guests doesn't have to be difficult! This menu tastes as good as it is easy to prepare. Roasted pork tenderloin can be made ahead and tastes great hot, cold, or room temperature. On the side, a summery beet-and-tomato salad pops with fresh mint. For a rustic and eye-catching dessert, I go for my open-face plum cake. More from the show.

Made the teacher's vegetable side dish with the chick peas last night. It was so delicious. Thought he was very good on the show.

That rollatini looked so yummy yesterday. I will definitely make it soon. (It's been so hot to cook.) I liked the gentleman on your show.

Is it cook with guys week? I love when you cook with guys. Your friend James is sweet and I love Calder. Yesterdays teacher, John Contrati was great. I have a feeling we will be hearing more about him.

I'm a few days behind watching Mad Hungry. So I caught up today. I'm guessing the open-faced plum cake can be done with other fruit? Truly love that eggplant rollatini from yesterdays show with that teacher. Those recipes were mouth watering. What a professional man and guest.

Mad Hungry,
The show has been getting (deservedly) such great recognition and comments of late. But we haven't seen Lucinda responding to us. Is Lucinda on Vacation?
We love to hear from her.

MB: hahaha--you are right. For the last 3 weeks, its been very long days shooting the new season of MHTV. But, now I have 3 whole days off. I'm visiting my mom who lives by the sea for rejuvenation (and a few cups of chowda too).
Thanks to everyone for the encouraging comments. It really means a lot to me.
Best, LSQ

I have family coming tomorrow afternoon. They are vegetarians. I tape your show and then watch them, out of sequence. I saw you mix up three containers of cheese, some heavy cream, and put it on endive. I cannot remember any thing else about the show. I can't find the recipe in any of the three cook books I have. Can you help me?

Hi Connie,
I've been searching our recipe archives to try and find the recipe you're looking for. I think this is it:

Please let me know if this isn't and I'll continue searching. I apologize for the delay in getting this to you!
Enjoy!
