TODAY on MHTV: In honor of back-to-school season, CQ is here to demonstrate his crispy baked chicken with a honey-mustard glaze that he came up with while in college. A light salad and giant hash brown drizzled with pan drippings from the chicken are served on the side in this simple, budget-friendly meal that gets an A for versatility. More from the show.

made the chicken and hash browns and a HUGE hit all around the table. Want to make the falafel recipe and have a pound of dried chick peas waiting but can't find the recipes for that show. Love watching you and my 9 yr old grandson want to cook with me just like Quinten. We are looking forward to the chick pea recipes - he loves chick peas and helps me make humus but he's never had falafel

I love the show and wanted to get the recipe on January 4 for the flattened chicken in a cast iron skillet with lemon - butter - garlic - I cannot seem to find this and would love to have you share
it with me. Thank you.
