1 Martha Baylón-Futterman made her 1st ever homemade Christmas Eve Dinner: "Up to now we've always bought our dinner from a local Super Market. I brined and roasted the turkey, made mashed potatos, green beans with mushrooms and almonds, and bread stuffing. Plus my NY Cheescake!"

2 Monica Rose cooked for Christmas Eve, "ham, blue cheese brussel sprouts, coconut sweet potato casserole and olive peas. The ham has already been repurposed into Christmas morning eggs Benedict and the hambone is on it's way to flavoring some lentil soup."

4 Sara Alberti's holiday table included "Chicken Milanaise with Arugula with fresh lemon juice and shaved parm on top with fresh fettucini and butter"

5 Jerri Reynold's holiday meal was cooked in one of my favorite clay pots, La Chamba. "I decided to cook my holiday dinner and serve it in these Chamba pots, with the exception of my pot roast which was 6 lbs. and had to be cooked in a large clay roaster."
