Today on MHTV: Exotic doesn't have to mean scary; this bold and brightly-flavored Asian-inspired menu is all about making exotic easy. Seared sirloin sits on a bed of scallions and arugula with my Thai Beef salad while my Clams with Lemongrass and Chilies make a great, quick app. For a balance of hot and sweet, my Chicken and Coconut soup is super refreshing and takes minutes to make.

For months I've been reading and hearing about former guest John Contratti's website. I now know what everyone is raving about. It's a beautifully designed site with the most terrific recipes. I truly hope Mr. Contratti is one of the first guests back when my favorite cooking show resumes filming. I do miss new episodes.
