Today on MHTV: Today I've got my cousin Paul in the kitchen with me to help me get ready to put on a stylish and fun cocktail party. Sangria is a great serve-yourself party drink that's great if you don't want to get stuck behind a bar. Ours is made with Rose wine, brandy, fresh fruit and a bit of grapefruit juice for a colorful, delicious drink that can be made the morning-of. Braised Chorizo is cooked in some Rioja, a Spanish red wine, which makes for a juicy and flavorful bite. I’m also making a party favorite, Spinach-Artichoke Dip. Its gooey, cheesy and super decadent while roasted grape tomatoes are an easy accompaniment to goat cheese for a simple and elegant cracker-topper.
