Mad Hungry with Lucinda Scala Quinn

Recipes From Today's Show: Lucinda's Favorite Recipes

Today on MHTV:  Today's menu is all about me! I'm sharing some of my favorite recipes and indulgences. Stracciatella Soup is filled with parmesan and eggs that are whisked into the broth to produce a smooth and creamy consistency. I love it because it instantly reminds me of being a little girl. Spaghetti gets garlic 3 ways (garlic-infused olive oil, garlic slices and smashed garlic cloves) and is a perfect dish for a garlic-lover like myself. And for the ultimate indulgence? I love my Dark Chocolate Pudding Cakes.

  • Lucinda,

I love Mad Hungry. It's the best cooking show on the air. Please inform us as soon as Hallmark greenlights new episodes. I like the repeats but............ it's time for new ones.

    Thanks,
    Grace

  • I agree with Grace. It is so frustrating seeing repeat after repeat of Mad Hungry. Hallmark Channel must know we want new episodes. Please update us.

  • Back in January, all Mad Hungry lovers were in a panic because we were hearing that Mad Hungry was coming to an end like "Martha". We were assured "Mad Hungry" was alive and well. Well ever since then and 5 months later, we are still bombarded by repeats and nothing new has ever come of it. "Alive and Well" means production will continue. I really hope we haven't been duped to continue watching the reruns, when no new episodes will ever be made. It would be a terrible shame. Lucinda is the best and the show is so great to tune into each day.
