Seared Arctic Char with a sesame-soy glaze is simple to prepare and cold spinach oshitashi is the perfect make-ahead side.

  • Mad Hungry has just given up. These recipes were not on the show today. Arctic Char was made and an edamame dish also. Wow guys, pretty sad.
