TODAY on MHTV: I love making Stuffed Shells; it’s a dish that can easily be made ahead of time and can be dressed up or dressed down for any occasion. When I prepare them I make two trays; one to go in the oven for dinner that night and one to go in the freezer for later. I fill them with a mix of Italian cheeses, prosciutto and radicchio, which tastes great with a side of broccoli rabe. For dessert, I’m keeping it and making a basic berry sauce to spoon over ice cream.

Anything with pasta or sauce is always a favorite. I hope we can see new episodes again.

Estelle,
If it's the Hallmark Channel holding up things they should be ashamed of themselves. But, if Mad Hungry is "planning" to change the show we already love then I wouldn't be interested. Let Lucinda cook with all the people she cooks with and start making new episodes.

Hi Lucinda, there are many of us that like the wooden spatula. I purchased your Mad Hungry book to give to my sister in law on her birthday, and I would like to surprise her with the spatula, can you tell us?
