Inspired by my @42burners homie @giofrankie just stirred up whole wheat bread dough in under 10 minutes, baked 18 hours later in covered pot at 475 for 45 minutes (uncovered last 15): 4 cups wheat flour, 2tsp salt, 3/4 tsp yeast, 2 cups water.
