Mad Hungry with Lucinda Scala Quinn

Mad Hungry Fourth of July

Posted by

No matter what my plans are for the Fourth of July, I always make sure they involve some of my favorite summer recipes. For me, the best way to relax and celebrate is with good food, family, and friends. If you’re looking for some inspiration for this Thursday, here are some recipes made for warm summer afternoons. It doesn't matter if you're grilling, on the road, or picnicking, we've got you covered with menus that aim to please.

If for nothing else, try our All-American Icebox cake, an upgrade on those old-school flag cakes that can be made ahead.

  • MH Team,

Reading your comments, from the June 25 post, lets hope MH does the right thing when new videos are shot that John Contratti is back cooking something new with Lucinda. Mad Hungry fans are big fans of his and we've been asking for a very long time.
